On August 17, 2007, Lockheed Martin Corporation [NYSE: LMT] announced it has acquired 3Dsolve, Inc., which is now referred to as
3D Learning Solutions (3DLS). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. 3Dsolve's employees and software products will remain based in Cary, NC and become fully integrated into Lockheed Martin Simulation, Training & Support (STS). STS, headquartered in Orlando, FL, is a preeminent supplier of simulation and training solutions, military logistics support and test equipment to the US government and international customers.
